I am an academic project worker having a multifaceted experience in project planning, project management, and project research, especially qualitative research methods. I am also a qualified teacher since I completed teachers' pedagogical studies on December 2017. My research interests are educational leadership, strategy, and strategy work in educational organisations. I am also interested in the role of media and digital technology in management and more broadly as part of teaching and learning processes.

At the moment I am coordinating and teaching the courses of the minor subject 'Educational Leadership and Management' and working in the project 'From basic education to upper secondary level - compulsory education and transitions', Asteelta toiselle - tukena oppivelvollisen siirtymissä (2022-2023) funded by the European Social Fund ESF.
